As an IT professional, I recognize the importance of effective communication and project management skills in our daily operations. We interact with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, while adhering to industry ethics and standards. Timeliness is crucial in IT, where deadlines and response times can significantly impact project success and customer satisfaction.
Regarding project management, I’m interested in learning more about negotiation skills, particularly in the context of IT project management. Understanding how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and negotiate resources would be invaluable in my career as a Project Manager.

Communication skills, time management and ethics are very important area for a project manager. As a future project manager;
I will reflect on my skills and experiences, and to improve, I will:

– Stay updated on industry regulations.
– Prioritize ethics and industry standards.
– Continuously learn and develop my skills.
As I reflect on my current role and consider a transition, I recognize the growing importance of project management skills, particularly in areas like communication, time management, and ethics. I also identify the need to strengthen my abilities in negotiation, regulatory understanding, and professional certification to better position myself for future opportunities.
As a healthcare professional, the importance of all six skills cannot be overemphasised,due to the fact that we communicate daily to both patients and the team members from different units, ensuring that you adhere to work ethics of the organization and of course, world wide health practices while ensuring professionalism, all these are done within a stipulated time as every minute counts when it comes to health care delivery.
However as regards negotiations, there are different aspects of Health Facility management that entails that, none the less, l will love to know about this as l look forward to being a professional Project Manager

As someone aspiring to be a project manager in the health sector, all 6 six skills are very crucial. I’m on a journey of closing any knowledge gaps in project management skills. This can only be achieved by learning from other professionals and engaging in new work experiences that offers me the opportunity to learn practically.

I am hoping to venture into the business world, and I find that all six areas are of great importance to my chosen field of work.
For a business to thrive, communicating well with prospective clients and investors goes a long way in determining how far and well that business will go.
The ability to negotiate is very important and cannot be treated lightly, as a good negotiation places one out there as someone who knows the value of what he or she is delivering.
Also, time management is very crucial, as the result and profits one makes from a business can be significantly tied to iow well an individual was able to manage their time to meet goals.
