  3. I think the most essential is communication skills, the ability to convey information clearly, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders are aligned. How to improve: Try to understand the perspective and needs of your audience before delivering your message. fully on the speaker, ask clarifying questions, and reflect back what you heard to ensure understanding.

I also recognize the importance of ethics and adherence to standards, as they build trust and credibility in every project. While I have a solid foundation in these areas, I see opportunities to further strengthen my understanding of the regulatory environment and to commit more actively to continual professional development, ensuring I remain updated with evolving tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
