  1. It is said that every one has a strength and a weakness; each skill is essential and a nitty-gritty in our lives especially as project managers. I tend to harness these skills to becoming a better project manager; to improve in my weaknesses and achieve more in experience coupled with my strengths.

  2. I feel the skills gap I need to meet up with now is Time management and Negotiation.
    These two will make me a good manager all round

  3. The skill I need to work on is communication and negotiation. For some time now before this course, I’ve been building myself in communicating properly cause it’s important so those I’m having conversations with can understand me better.

  4. In my current profession, All these skills are essential. However, I need to improve on continuing professional development because that is one thing I know I am seriously lagging. Looking forward to learn more about it during my course with DEXA.

  5. The skill i need to work on majorly will be NEGITIATION and i am forward to understanding it better in this bootcamp and other possible means (courses and mentors).

  6. The skill I believe I need the most is Communication skill, Knowing how best to pass a message while maintaining Professionalism.

  7. The skills I need most for my current profession is Time management and communication. I need to work more on time management. Every project requires it and I have been taking precautions on how to manage my time

  8. Negotiation and understanding the regulatory environment are essential skills for my current profession. I plan to improve my negotiation skills through practice and short courses, and strengthen regulatory knowledge by researching industry guidelines and attending webinars to stay updated.

  9. Think the skills I need most for my current Profession is communication, Negotiation and Understanding the regulatory environment, I am looking forward to find courses and mentors that will guide me on these skills as regards to my profession.
