My current job as a senior web developer requires i communicate frequently as it requires i constantly interact with with other team members and also get projects done within a timeframe and budget but one area i find myself flopping is the area of negotiation, i’m willing to learn all i can to be a better project manager in the IT industry.
As a future project manager, all the skills are very important to possess, but for me personally, i will need to work on continuing professional development, and also ethics and standards, most importantly time management. As i’m also working on improving on these areas.

But as a beginner in project management,i realize i don’t possess all the necessary skills and i believe i’d work or infact I’m working on them to enable my present job and my future job lead a successful trail
