  1. As a Project Manager, i will focus more in building my communication, Time management, and Negotiation skills as these skills will help me prioritize my tasks and also grow in my career.

  2. As a Project Manager, Communication, Time management, Understanding the regulatory environment, Ethics and adherence to standards
    are essential for my job and I need to improve on getting Continual professional development.

  3. As a Project Manager, strong communication skills are essential. They help you stay aligned with clients and team members, clearly communicate deadlines, and manage risks before they escalate. Effective communication is truly the backbone of successful project management.

  4. As a Quality personnel, having a bit of knowledge in all areas mentioned is very essential. I focus more on adherence to standards, time management and understanding the regulatory environment but having to collaborate with other departments such as production and documentation control, communication, ethics and even negotiation comes into play. I would also focus on continual professional development as this provides the resources for better growth and advancement across career paths.

  5. As a project manager I will detailed more on communication and time management, to be able to prioritize my tasks.
