  1. As an aspiring project manager, I believe that no skill is higher/greater than the other. To be able to succeed in achieving the desired goals and objectives, all skills are essential and needed.

  2. As a Project Manager in an IT solution company, they areas i need to improve on are Continual professional development and Negotiation

  3. Firstly, I want to thank Dexa Company for this eye-opening bootcamp. It has truly been worth it, and it has helped me see things differently, especially in relation to my interest in project management.

    I chose Communication because, over time, I have noticed that most problems in projects do not come from lack of ideas but from lack of understanding. I have a strong interest in project management, and I am gradually learning that managing a project is more about managing people than managing tasks.

    Communication helps me understand how to pass information clearly, listen properly, and make sure everyone involved in a project is on the same page. When instructions are not clear, work becomes confusing and mistakes happen. I believe that with good communication, a project manager can reduce conflict, guide the team better, and achieve the expected results.

    My interest in project management comes from my desire to organize work, coordinate people, and ensure that goals are achieved step by step. Choosing Communication supports this interest because it gives me the ability to explain plans, receive feedback, and lead others effectively.

    For me, communication is a practical skill that supports leadership and teamwork. That is why I picked Communication, it connects directly to my personal goal of becoming a better and more effective project manager.

  4. As an upcoming project manager, I’m required to have all the skills, so as to work effectively and run the project as it is required.

Just like I find Cybersecurity intriguing (GRC Specialist), and owing to the fact that numerous job roles nowadays necessitate project management abilities, I definitely agree that the “knowledge of the regulatory environment ” (being one of a project manager skill) is a key skill to have in the field of GRC.

  6. As a newbie in the domain of project manager, I’m ready to learn all the skills required to be successful and excel in this field. I would love to be vast in ethical regulations and how to harness the power in negotiation.
