  1. Communication, negotiation, time management, knowledge of the regulatory environment, ethics and standards are skills essentials for my job to be more effective. Nevertheless I need to improve the continuing professional development skill also

  2. Well, I think in my opinion that in my current role, the areas of my strength I can lean on in managing projects and task would be in ethics and standards, communication and time management. Most times I think that I am to strict, and kind of purist in approach to work but this bootcamp seems to speak to me to stay on the right path and stand for what is right.

    Furthermore, i also recognize now that I still have to be empathic with any team I may have the privilege of leading ,to apply restraint in the method I’d have to engage in communicating, especially considering our cultural differences and the tempo of the room at that particular moment or stage. I hope to apply these resolutions as soon as possible.

    In conclusion, I am more enlightened through this training that I commit to put in more effort in studying my notes and understanding properly the regulatory framework guiding my workspace and our production. I also am glad that this training is actually giving me the platform to develop myself professionally through project management training, as this will further enhance my confidence and equip with better people skills to inspire the teams we work with.

    To bridge this gap I intend to be a mentee under someone in the same niche with me so I can learn critically and understand what the standards are.

Negotioation and time managemet are not usually my strong suit as for now because it is usually monitored by a differnt set of work force. i intend to inprove on these areas so as to be vast in all areas.

    For time management, I ensure timely information dispersal and follow up on urgent matters to prevent delays.
    Given my recent transition from a different industry, I recognize the need to improve my knowledge of the regulatory environment and ethical standards. I’m proactive about bridging this gap to excel in my role.
