  1. As fresher in the working class world, being the an admin of a Real estate company, super new to the work space although adapting fast. I believe I need to improve on my negotiation skill which is very vital for the role I play at work also what my company stands for. Secondly, Time management, this is important to me personally as much as it is officially. It would really be of a benefit for me as an intending P.M to master that skills which I must confess I’m struggling with.
    Thirdly, understanding the regulatory environment,
Sadly, this is one skill I lack or better still not familiar with. Maybe because I’m very fresh to the work space, however this is very essential in my job because my kind of job deals with trusting us with their time earnings and investments. One wrong move, can either cost a client his life time savings, put us in a long term court case, while it will cost me my job.
Lastly, continual Professional development. This is essential to my job as much as I need to improve in it. Learning never ends I guess so.

In other to bridge this gap in skill, like I earlier said,
Learning never ends, hence, going for educative seminars, reading journals and books relating and generalizing to my work and career is needed.
For the Time management, I feel my work time should be outlined and scheduled. Hence, a to-dolist will help. Furthermore, I would have to practice the alarm and reminder system, watermarks and pop ups at every scheduled event on my phone and then a chart where I can go tick my progress.
It is important to note that, I will be learning negotiation skill from a fellow colleague who have mastered that skills. This is me gaining a knowledge in a practical form which has shown to be more effective.
