    1.TIME MANAGEMENT: it is a super strategy a virtual assistant should have, a virtual assistant should manage time flexibly with multiple clients.
    For time to be managed effectively and to maintain a positive working relationship with clients a virtual assistant should be able to break down time in several intervals. Also a virtual assistant should be able to meet deadlines and deliver tasks when agreed or promised. This will build trust when a client knows that you are reliable and can complete tasks on time without reminders. This goes beyond just maintaining relationships with clients; it also shows that a virtual assistant has respect for their client’s time and business.

    2. BEING PROACTIVE: proactivity involves contacting a client and keeping them up to date about progress. A virtual assistant keeps customers fully updated. A virtual assistant proactivity can also be classified as being able to communicate, this communication keeps the client informed, relaxed and confident that their work is in good hands. This strengthens the working relationship and helps to prevent confusion and build trust.

    2b. If I am found in a situation where a customer is the dissatisfied with my work I will:
    i, Acknowledge the client’s dissatisfaction and also listen to what they have to say without interrupting or trying to argue or claim any rights.

    A clear pricing structure is essential for your business as it gives the client a clear picture of what they are getting into. it also projects your brand as transparent and honest. in addition to these, it assists you in structuring your business as a whole and makes it easier for you to keep track of changes in your price system according to your skillset and the state of the economy.
