    For email management I can use the Google Gmail, first of all I would login to the Gmail I want to use then arrange these mails using the settings on Gmail, I’ll create special inbox titles for them and template so it will be easier to reach them next time and well arranged. Then from there I can start reaching out to the emails I want to.

    – Considering you and your client location before charging your rate because you might want to charge according to your cost of living which might not be favourable to your client.
    – As a professional in your field, you might tend to charge higher because you are sure of the service you are rendering.
    – Clear pricing structure is essential beacuse it makes you do your job effectively without getting cheated and also prevent misunderstanding between you and your clients

    -State your work schedule to your clients and deliver their work at the right time
    -Apologize first then explain why the work is like that, if the clients is still insisting on the dissaticfaction, the make a change to it as soon as possible with apologies again and promise to make it up to the client on the next job(you can do a discount on the next job if you don’t mind)

    – Do not open client’s files down if you are not going to be around(infact shutdown your system while leaving the premise)

    In this situation I will try my best to be calm and try to communicate well with the client on what he/she might be dissatisfied about so it can be corrected or explained properly to avaoid conflict.

    In this type of situation, you need to find where you are at fault, apologise to the client and make him understand why you did something like that and correct your mistake.
