      3. Create Folders and Labels: I’ll proceed to organize the email by creating well-labeled folders and Labels. Making sure to indicate emails that ‘Needs Action’, or can be ‘Read Later’. I’ll ensure to create ‘Filters’ to help filter out incoming email, unsubscribe to newsletters, etc.
      4. Create Templates: I’ll create response templates to help fast-track email responses.
      5. Schedule Email Management Process: Lastly, I’ll create a process that will enable me do regular checks and updates on the email.

    3. It enhances clients’ decision making process: When there is an existing pricing structure, clients don’t really need to start negotiating the price of service, instead, they are aware and make decision on whether to seek the service of a VA or not.

    a) Be proactive: To develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, it is important for a VA to take the job as seriously as possible. This involves communicating with clients often to let them know how their work is going and the stages reached. If a client complains about the duration, a VA is expected to communicate clearly with the client through various means including calls when necessary. This makes clients have good impression of a VA, and make them see a VA as someone they can trust.
    b) Gather clients’ information: One of the major rules of Client Relationship Management is information gathering, and this is done through CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho etc. By gathering clients’ information about what they do, what they like, how they were approached etc, it’s possible to design products and services that align to clients’ interest.

    The first thing I would do is to discuss with the clients to know exactly what the problem is. After knowing that, I am able to know the gap between what they want and the service I initially rendered. When I’m aware of the gap, the next is to fill the gap by providing the service required, in a way that meet the demands of the client.
