    Answer: CALENDAR MANAGEMENT TOOL USED: GOOGLE CALENDAR
    – Review and access: Check out clients types of meetings, activities and programs all through the calendar
    – Plan out their life: Breakfast, gym, lunch, dates, birthdays, dinners, etc.
    – Plan their business side: Daily sync with team, monthly meetings, check-ins, clients meetings, work trips etc.
    – Create focus periods or breaktimes.
    – Check for conflicts: make sure vacation times or events on calendar does not clash.
    For each calendar event, I’ll make sure there is a clear description for each event/meetings.

    Having a clear pricing structure builds trust, professionalism and prevents future disagreements. It also prevents back and forth between you and your clients.

    – Use passwords for client’s confidential files and also use 2FA when creating accounts and to protect passwords.
