‎Two important factors to consider when setting up your hourly or project based rates are
‎Your Location:- This factor can play a major role in setting up of your rates, your location affects your expenses as well as your bills and cost of living.
‎Your level of Experience:- This too is key, as you build your expertise, so should your rates also be affected, you won’t want to stay off charging ostentatious prizes but rather as you build your portfolio, so will your charges be effected too

    ‎2.
‎Having a clear pricing structure is essential to your business because it gives it that professional touch and feel, clients get fatigued and worn out scrolling through volumes of unclear data, so it’s essential to communicate your price list as clear as possible. This also gives clients a clear sense of your worth as well and saves both parties unnecessary debates and drama.

    ‎3.
‎Always be accountable to your clients, once there is anything that requires clarity, do not hesitate to ensure they fully understand.

‎Ensure they are always updated with any changes you effect in the course of work line. Keep them informed and always keep in touch. You can also develop a cordial relationship by not always bugging them about work, you could ask how their family is doing and also share you own helpful tips too.

    ‎4.
‎Firstly, ensure you don’t get into an argument with the client, understand where the point of pain or dissatisfaction is coming from, try as much as possible to make the client see you did you part perfectly and you are also willing to do more as the task requires.

‎Secondly, ensure your devices are switched off or passworded when not in use
‎Lastly, ensure paperwork data are attended to and destroy or store in a safe place when not in use.

    ‎6.
‎You could offer services to people around you, and this people in turn can refer clients to you as well.
‎You could publicly build your portfolio using social media, create contents and make posts that your desired clients are likely to come across on social media.

    ‎7.
‎Your chosen niche plays a major role in influencing your client search strategy in various ways
‎This informs you about the most likely places or apps your clients can be found on.
‎It also informs you about the needed skills relevant to the niche as well.

    ‎8. Calender management

‎9. A detailed step by step process on how one would perform this above task for a client [ tools/techniques]

‎Firstly, I could use GOOGLE CALENDAR or CALENDERLY to help client organize his/her schedules

‎Once you get access to clients calendar, you first review his/her calendar routines to be brought to speed.
‎This helps you in plotting out their activities with current informations at hand.
‎This plotting is planned out with the informations client shares with you.
‎You could use the TO-DO-LIST app or TRELLO.

‎Also plot reoccurring tasks as well as upcoming events or activities.

‎Block out important activities like rest, eat, sleep, weekend off, vacations e.t.c
‎This could be done effectively using Focus apps like FOREST and FREEDOM.

‎Ensure you keep in touch with clients incase of any change of events
