    B) In dealing with an unsatisfied client starts with being an active listener and being able to accommodate criticism without being defensive. Which brings me to the point of understanding the areas bringing about the conflict and obtaining clarity when needed. After proper discussions, these conflicting areas will then be revised and possible corrections/solutions effected.

    I) Review of the clients daily schedule patterns in terms of meetings, breaks, events etc
    II) With the review in mind and after conversations with the client, it helps plot their schedule(break times, meetings, focus times etc)
    III) Check for conflicts and adjust activities that conflict.
    IV) Set up a scheduler on the Google calendar app or I’ll make use of Calendly which can be synchronized with Google calendar. The scheduler allows clients to pick out convinent dates and times in line with the clients availability. This avoids situations of back and forth.
    V) For the meetings scheduled on the Google calendar, templates will be drafted. These templates could be in the form of descriptions which will help provide clarity for attendees. It serves as a meeting agenda.
