    The Two factors I would consider in setting rates would be: a) My Skills and experience level- I have to review what is commensurate to my skill level whether as a beginner or as an experienced VA. I cannot afford to over or undercharge my clients.; b. The second factor to consider is the complexity of the work/project involved. If there are a large volume of tasks, my rate must be commensurate in a satisfactory way such that I am not shortchanging myself.

    Calendar management
    First in managing a client’s calendar, you’ll need to first if assess what’s already on there then have a call with your client to discuss what their calendar should look like going forward this means you find out what time they want to reserve for focus work, meetings, lunch free time then you time block it on their calendar. This can be done on google calendar or any other calendar of your client’s choosing.
    For meetings you schedule and let them know on time what day, time and place it’ll be held in whether zoom, google meet, slack or in person. You’ll also have to make a template for booking your client so that if anyone wants to have a meeting with your client, they get to see the available time on your client’s calendar
