    2. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
One way to maintain a good working relationship with clients is through clear communication. I’ll make sure I understand the task before starting and then I’ll always give updates when necessary, so there is no confusion.
Another strategy is meeting deadlines and respecting boundaries. When clients see that I am reliable and professional, trust is built naturally.

If a client is dissatisfied with my work, I would first listen calmly and understand their concern. I would ask them for clarification if needed, and then correct the mistake or adjust the work based on their feedback and what they really want.

    3. DATA SECURITY
To keep client data safe, I would use strong passwords and avoid sharing my login details with anyone, not even my family.
I would also work with secure tools and platforms approved by the client.
Also, I will avoid downloading or sharing client files on public or unsecured devices or networks.

    4. FINDING CLIENTS
Beyond job boards, one of the ways to find clients is through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, where business owners are active. I’ll find out in which of the social media platforms that my target clients spend their time, instead of wasting my times going through all the platforms.

Another way is through referrals and networking, especially from past clients or people in my professional circle.
I believe my niche influences my client search because it’ll help me to know where my ideal clients are.
