    2. Filter: I use Gmail filter to set up filters so newsletters bypass the main inbox.
    3. Template Creation: I create Canned Responses for FAQs to save time.
    4. Daily Report: I end the day by sending the client a quick summary of any high-priority items that need their personal attention.

    1]The two least factors i can consider while setting my hourly or project based rates are:
    a)my skill level and experience because the more skilled and experience i am ,the more value i bring.
    b)the type of service i render. Not all tasks require the same effort or brain power.
    clear pricing is important because it builds trust, professionalism, makes negotiation easier.
    2)client management-i have to set clear expectations from the start and also be reliable and ready to deliver quality work.
    ii)always communicate ahead, be polite and firm ,keeping business like mind(not emotional)
    3)noy downloading sensitive files unnecessary ,never share a client information with third parties and install anti virus softeware to keep the system updated.
    4i)i can find clients through platforms like linkedIn ,instagram and so on; also reaching out to coaches, small business owners via-personalizing every message on their comment sections. i can also go through groups.
    ii)The niche i use determines my kind of target, location and approach

    knowing the clients working days and hours, preferred meeting times, buffer time between meetings, time zone types of meeting

    b)know the calendar tool the client would prefer either google or outlook calendar. making sure i manage and edit with clearing of name format for event
    c)organize the calendar properly using color code events(meetings, personal, deadlines), add clear titles and descriptions, meeting links(zoom ,google meet). all these makes the calendar easy and ready to read
    d)scheduling appointments either manually using agenda for the meeting if available, date and time, avoid double booking, checking available slots or using tools such as Calendly or google calendar appointment slots, they are so many just to mention but a few.

    1. In setting rates I’d consider my daily expenses and cherge based on value rendered, hourly charges would be my best bet.
    secondly, i would check with other VAs offering the same service so as not to over charge or under charge
