Market rates and industry standards, it’s important to research markets rates and value for virtual assistant and not setting the rates too low or high Because if too high the client tends to run.     (b) Time management – the ability to deliver on or before your deadlines is also a key factor in maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, they tend to trust you more and gain a level of satisfaction with your work. As a VA you should be able to meet up with every of your deadlines and not make one client’s job suffer for another.

    In addressing a situation where a customer is dissatisfied with your work, you apologize genuinely before any other thing, make your client know and see that you are sorry.
