    One of the ways to maintain positive relationship with my client to is proactively contact them frequently and keep updating them on the progress of the job. Also, outline the project for them step-by-step fashion. If for any reason they are finding it diffult to understand the progress of the project, it will be appropriate to put a call across for better understanding and further explain why the project will take a bit long.

    As a Virtual Assistant, one of my focus is to meet deadlines to make my relationship with my clients solid or strong. Breaking my time in other to make the work flexible and effectively will be a priority to me.

    * Living expenses: this is also a major factor to consider before setting your rates as a VA. You must be certain that your expenses do not outweigh your hourly pay otherwise you would be doing yourself a disservice
    B) By having a clear pricing structure, your clients have an understanding of how structured your business is. They have an idea on what to expect and how to relate their budget to you as well. That way you don’t have to go back and forth on whether you are a good fit/affordable.

    1. Sending cold emails/calls. You can always pitch yourself to potential clients , tell them about your services and how you can be of help to them.
    2. Referrals: Word of mouth benefit is a full proof way to get a job as a VA. Volunteer your services for free, give value and watch yourself get recommended for jobs. The key point is in giving value.

    Being Proactive & Client onboarding:
    The way I handle my client gives a good impression of me to my client. I like to add questionaires so I can get more information from my client especially his or her needs so I can provide the best solution.
    I will send my product details and policy so there’s no misunderstanding.
    Proactive: As we make progress on the job, I will be updating my client.

    – How I would address a situation where a client is dissatisfied with my work is to have another clarity/review meeting with my client.
    We will be clear on my client’s needs afresh and review any agreement we’ve had. If my client’s request is in line with the contract I will work towards satisfying him or her but if not, we will have a supplementary agreement that will cover that new request.

    a) To use data security system
    b) To protect my device with passwords & two steps authentication
    c) To always back-up my data before deleting them from my device

    4) The two effective ways I will use as a virtual assistant to find clients beyond general job boards are:
    a) To start from where I am, my local meetings and networks because they already know, like and trust me and they can easily connect with me.
    b) Depending on my niche, if my clients are writers, I can join writers agencies on Twitter etc to connect and learn.

    c) I can go to LinkedIn and start chatting potential clients up to tell them how I like their post or content and how my services will help give them more visibility or value depending on my niche; I can reach 10 clients in the morning, 10 at noon, 10 at night depending on my style.

    Clients love to pay experts to do their jobs so this makes a niche important. It creates more visibility for the product or service by making it easy for clients to find or access it.
    When you have a niche it will attract more leads that need your service. This also helps one to focus and deepen one’s skill and knowledge in this area of concentration which leads to mastery.

    5) Social media management:
    a) I will have a clarity session with my client in order to understand his or her needs.

    b) I will present my invoice on what the services will cost.

    c) I will create the accounts on the platforms that aligns with the values of my clients products and If designs are included, I will use Canva to design my clients graphics
    d) I will post Videos, Texts, Graphics, Audiovisuals contents according to the number of times as agreed daily or weekly.
    e) I will check the stats to know how the contents are doing.
    f) We will have paid targeted adverts too of my clients products.
    g) I will be researching to know the current trends. etc
