    Answer
    The two strategies I would use in maintaining positive working with clients are:
    1. Gather clients information : in this case I can use questionnaires from social media or blog pages from a client and gather whatever knowledge I can get their likes and dislike and goals
    2. Manage your time: managing your time effectively especially when dealing with multiple clients. You have to block your time per project or per client, you can get break time in intervals and also focus on meeting up with deadlines.
    B. Listen actively: I would listen to my clients complains to know what areas they are not satisfied with in my work.
    2. Accept and offer solutions: you need to acknowledge and offer solutions in areas that the clients is or are displeased in other to maintain the relationship with your client.
    3. Be professional: You do not have to be defensive, be calm and offer solutions that would work for the both of you in order to achieve the goal.

    Calendar management: this is the process of using tools to arrange your clients schedules or meetings and always checking in with them if there are any changes in their plans or schedule or a rescheduled meeting. Examples are google calendar, calendly, Microsoft outlook.
    B. Review and access: to know what their meetings are like, when they take breaks, and also to see patterns in their day to day, weekly and monthly on their calendar.

    5. Check inbox 2–3 times daily to identify important messages, archive irrelevant ones, and respond or draft replies for the client’s review.

    For example, if my niche is social media support for eco brands or nonprofits, I’ll focus my search on green business directories, impact-driven Facebook groups, and NGO networks to find aligned clients.

    3. If a client is dissatisfied with my work, the first thing I’d do is schedule a meeting with the said client to have a good conversation to find out what went wrong while working on his/her project.
    This way I’d be able to know if the discovery conversation wasn’t clear to me and look for ways to salvage the situation to make my clients aim for hiring me not be defeated.
