    1. Review and assess: I will start by identifying patterns in client’s calendar, patterns in their day-to-day, types of meetings (daily, weekly, monthly and even annually) whether they are once or re-occurring. When they take breaks, lunch and other recurring items. I will go ahead to list them
    2. Get on a call with client and plot out their life (literarily): Start off by blocking sleep time, lunch, brunch, breaks, focus time, recurring meetings/daily/weekly/monthly
    3. Create templates for recurring meetings: I will do this using apps like chat GTP and save templates for recurring meetings and block them in the calendar
    4. Check for conflicts: By blocking travel days and time (including transit times)
