    1. general virtual assistant is in charge of all the administrative tasks,both for the business, such as email Management, file organisation, data entry, and for the individual such as travel arrangement.

    WHILE
    specialized virtual assistant have deep expertise in specific industries or business areas. Areas like Real estate, Law, E-commerce.

    1: Communication and collaboration: such as Slack,Zoom, Skype,Outlook makes communication easy and enhanced the workflow.
    11: Cloud storage and file sharing: such as Google drive,drop box helps in sharing information or data while having access to decide who edit or just view.
    111: Socal media: such as Canva, Adobe creative which are used to design graphics. Canva is beginners friendly while Adobe is for professionals. hootsuits is used to regulate and time posting.
