The future HRM trends I see coming is a high rate of up skilling and maybe the application of AI to handle most of the HRM roles
I see a future where HR will manage both human and AI workforce which would place a demand on the upgrade of their knowledge/use of technology. HR would also have to pay attention to global nuances to enhance communication and ensure employee satisfaction
The future trends in HR now is advancement in the use technology,automation , and remote job for flexibility.
For me other HR Trends may include being more involved in Tech skills like it’s already happening. Such as data analysis etc
