  1. I believe in the unity of diverse teams so several reasons.
    1. A new and reliable approaches can be learned, implemented and help make the project succeed.
    2. It creates a room for inclusions in working environments.

    My experience as a communication CCR has taught me that diversity in projects tends breeze in fresh workable ideas which can lead to the success of the projects.

  2. While there’s a great advantage in having a diverse team, there’s the need to have a charter during their training or preparation. This ensures that all team members are in the know of the expected outputs when working on a project. This, I have experienced first hand in handling various projects.

  4. In my opinion, teams with greater diversity will do better, as team members have diverse experiences they can bring to the table and when properly tailored, would lead to project success.
    The disadvantage here is the fact that there might be differences in understanding and interpretation of actions, adaptability might be difficult, there could be language barriers as well.

    However, there are challenges which do arise when a Team is so Diverse, there is unhealthy competition and disagreement, everyone feels superior and there can be lack of understanding needing mediation

Diverse groups can work well because of the option of ideas coming from different people from different backgrounds, but only after the initial differences in opinions have been settled, because differences in opinions will definitely arise in the beginning stages of the event. Learning to listen to and respect contradictory opinions in a group is one of the critical aspects of creating and growing into a successful team, and that is why effective leadership is important.
