  1. In diverse teams, there is no leverage for anyone so everyone is open to share ideas, opinions, work together, get on good sides, keep appearances, focused more on doing the work that sticking with the ‘clique’, new experiences, eagerness to learn, speak and share ideas as no one thinks the other has a higher position, etc.
On other occasions, it can be a problem to work with as personalities differ, those outspoken/bossy tend to shine over the shy ones. More probing is needed, more tendency for conflicts exist, etc.
Each situation is different so choice should be based on that, as well as the time factor amongst other things.

  2. In my view, teams that consist of people from different backgrounds and experiences have a greater ability to contribute a variety of perspectives, suggestions, and problem-solving approaches. This diversity of thought often sparks creativity and innovation, helping the group to anticipate challenges and identify solutions that a more uniform team might overlook. As a result, diverse teams are generally better positioned to achieve positive outcomes and add greater value to projects or events compared to teams where everyone shares the same viewpoint or skill set.

  3. A clear relationship exists between diversity and team performance, as groups that bring together people with different experiences, skills, and viewpoints often deliver stronger results. This is because diversity encourages creativity, fosters problem-solving from multiple angles, and allows the team to draw on a wider pool of knowledge. When members contribute their unique strengths and perspectives, the collaboration becomes richer, decision-making improves, and the overall performance of the project or organization is enhanced.

  4. From my perspective diverse team always do better, they come with different ideas, skills, and communicate coherently because they are there for the project no time to push blame or fault anyone, they put their head’s together to realize or achieve project goal
