  7. I have been involved in several projects in my career and have worked with team members from diverse backgrounds and professional skills.
    The resultant effects of the combination of these diverse skills in different stages of the project can never be undermined. Just as the saying goes that 2 heads are better than one, same applies to multiple heads with varying experiences and perspectives with the aim of achieving a common goal.

I am a member of project team that is currently working on a new product launch, I can relate the effect of team diversity to the project in respect to different ideas, knowledge and skill every team member has brought onboard. Evidently, a project with diverse team members will record more success than the one with too many laggard team members.
