  1. I agreed with APM, diversity increases performance. Having a more diverse team brings in more perspective and affect project outcome. But diversity also have its own challenges, to have a more diverse team the PM need to do a great job for all team members to be on the same ground, understand the goal and purpose of the project and be able to work as a team.
