  1. The case shows that John and Williams had different priorities and were not good team players whereas Kieran was at first scared but rose above her fears as a professional project member and put the project first and that resulted in the clear communication and accountability of the project.

  2. In this case study, there wasn’t a proper communication and transparency between Williams and John as they were meant to work together. Williams felt that John being new doesn’t really know much about work but then he would have guided him as they were working with a motive to get feedback for a project. This resulted into a perfect research with loopholes.
    The ethical conduct between Karen and John helped resolve the loopholes in the report as there was an effective ommunication, problem solving skills between the two and still maintaining the firm’s values.
