I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
Firstly there wasn’t much open communication which resulted to John and William having that disagreement. Then there was fear of speaking up which could have jeopadized the data and compromised company’s reputation. Nevertheless, with communication, critical thinking, risk analysis, flexibility and adaptability, together with collaboration they were able to manage the situation.

The first major issues of professional conduct for me will be that they were reluctant to speak up and fear of not standing up for the truth which lacks professional courage while the skills used are; critical thinking and risk assessment
