As we expand our course offerings, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Course Directors to join our team and lead the way in shaping the future of tech education.

Job Overview:

As a Course Director at DEXA, you will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of our bootcamps, overseeing bootcamp activities, communication, and leading a team of instructors. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will leverage our established marketing model to drive the growth of participants in your course bootcamps per cohort.

This means that course directors will have access to our already developed marketing strategies and leverage on the leads, to grow participants in the bootcamps they oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

Bootcamp Management:

  • Effectively manage the flow of bootcamps, ensuring a seamless learning experience for participants.
  • Ensure timelines and activities within bootcamps are effectively followed and deliver the desired results on the bootcamp.
  • Oversee communication channels and facilitate team management to guarantee a collaborative and supportive environment.

Marketing and Growth:

  • Utilize DEXA’s developed marketing model to implement strategies that drive increased enrollment in your course bootcamps per cohort.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and attract a diverse range of participants.

Work Schedule:

  • Work three days per week, dedicating focused efforts to manage and oversee the bootcamps effectively.
  • Ensure efficient time management to balance administrative tasks, team collaboration, and strategic growth initiatives.

Income Incentive:

  • Course Directors will earn 10 to 25% of the income generated from their respective bootcamps.
  • The more effort and dedication you put into growing your bootcamps, the greater your opportunity for earning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in learning management, preferably in an online learning environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for tech education and a commitment to the success of participants.
