    Having a written communication/Reporting plans would help us share the right information and not missing out on some important points
    Making room for feed backs: Giving regular feedback will help us strengthening our lapses and would be easier to share timely and useful updates
    Timely Communication: We would check the style of communication that our stakeholder want and adjust to it for easy and proper channel of communications

  2. For Organization, clear communication is key. You are expected to give report on each step you took in the completion of a task even it it is a bad news. It will help your team strategize for a similar task in future.
