  1. The three project manager engaged in team work. They carried their team along through effective communication, giving out updates to both their team members and tge stakeholder. This, likewise, i will do in all project when it comes to decision making.

  2. The project managers ensured the relevant stakeholders are properly carried along in the decision making process. Communication is an important tool for effective delivery of a project.

In the different Scenarios, the Project Managers ensured that the stakeholders were involved in the communication process At the end if it all, a collective decision was made and everything was sorted out. Sometimes in handling difficult situations, organization values should be subject to changes n not fixed. As a project manager, you should be able to thrive through chaos and manage situations to a win _win for all stakeholders involved.

    1. Yes, they would have acted differently in a different situation. It has been said that a project manager needs to be able to size up a situation and proffer the solution that best suits it. So, I guess each situation would determine which way out
