  1. What stood out for me is weighing of options, pros and cons, calling out to other team members and stakeholders involved to reach a decision and see to the success of the project without manipulating or going against the ethics. Different Situation often times will call for different solutions or methods hence in a different context, the project managers might evaluate the best method and come up with a different approach.

  2. Open communication is always very important and understanding your team and how best to communicate to them in ways they can understand is very crucial for tasks such as this.

    1. Yes having an open communication and remembering the team about there goals helps them in building team confidence When difficulties arise

  3. I think effective communication helped in making the fallout of the decision smooth. Also the fact that they were flexible.
I think they would have acted almost the same way if they were switched because they are all professionals and the goal is what is the best option for the project.

    1. For me I will say communication is key, also being able to collaborate with external aids so as to see the project succeed, if given a chance to do that by the clients and also being flexible with organisation values sometimes to give room for success possiblity are all good steps

  4. Language barrier. And water supply for the suggested venue was the greatest issue. I believe the act of proper communication and planning should be taken highly.

  5. Canceling a project before the deadline can be problem so it good to spell out options to take before doing so. Another problem encountered was the technical aspect of the project but it was solved by inviting other bodies in to help .

  6. As is been said that communication is80% part of the role as a PM.
However, the were able to communicate the problem effectively to the client, understanding the communicated risks is another thing.

  7. The goal of getting the project done at the specified time was the most important fact both PMs considered despite the difficulties encountered. If not, they wouldn’t have contacted the relevant state holders or key players to help tackle each problem as supposedly done. Every problem, challenges and difficulties has a solution and a particular persons or firms that could solve it hitch free, so these PMs where able to channel their difficulties through the right key players who helped solve the problems.

  8. As communication is vital key in PM. they were able to solve the task withcommunication,Using the best communication channel.

  9. i think the way they were able to solve this was communication
They communicated the problem to the client and they were all about to find solutions to the problem through communication and that is why they say communication is the key in project management
