The managers were focused on achieving success, hence they were able to communicate, negotiate, compromise, and collaborate to ensure the project was a success. I don’t think they would act differently because their focus was to make the project a success.
what’s important to them is to remain focus to get the desired result as a project manager and must be ready to adapt to the changing needs of the client in other to get a positive result. knowing that is not easy to abort a project.
