According to my own understanding as a project manager, the ultimate goal is always to complete the task successfully. While challenges are inevitable, they serve as opportunities to refine our skills. The plan may evolve due to unforeseen circumstances, but a skilled project manager must remain focused, firm, and adaptable. Promptly responding to changes. From the 3 project managers, I can say, it is true challenges are faced when handling any task but as a project manager who is a solution provider, you need not to give up but focus on the goal and use those challenges to navigate and explore your skills.
When carrying out a task as a project manager, the ultimate goal is to complete the task successfully.
In the course of doing that, there will be a lot of changes in the original plan due to unforeseen circumstances but a project manager must be firm and push through difficulties by responding promptly with instructions on the next step for progress.
Experts made difficult decisions based on what was most important for the project. They considered factors like time, cost, quality, risks, and the needs of the people involved. Their goal was to find the best solution with the least harm and the most benefits.
From my own point of view: when face with a difficult task first understand the situation at hand, understanding it will give you ideas and ways to handle it and provide solutions to the hiccup.

In conclusion balancing information, people, and project goals is key. While decisions may not always be clear-cut, making well-informed, transparent, and collaborative choices will go a long way in ensuring a successful project outcome.
