It wouldn’t have been different in another context because the approach the experts took in those situations is vital in solving problems in a project. Clear communication, team work, pulling in the right people at the right time, reminding team members of the goal of the project when there is a clash of ideas and interests will workout in different project scenarios
They wouldn’t have done things differently because each event is unique. I felt bad for the one who said language was a major setback for him. To manage this, he can get a translator to act as his PA as well. There are times when sacrifices will need to be made in order to solve a problem
The experts showed that quick decision-making, teamwork, and clear communication are key in any project. These skills don’t really change across contexts, though the level of sacrifice or adjustment may depend on the project’s goals and resources.
Like i said in my previous comments, having a clear communication will save alot…. the experts shows a clear communication of accountability which defiently helped them for a successful project done

I think the experts showed that quick, solution-focused decisions and strong communication are very important in project work. They would not act very differently in another context because these skills, clear communication, teamwork, and quick problem solving, are useful in any project. What may change is the level of sacrifice or adjustment needed, depending on the project goals and resources.
The approach taken is most appropriate given the situation. While listening to the speakers, it is clear that they consistently communicate transparently with their project teams or stakeholders about the situation on the ground. They actively collaborate and clearly convey the needs required to meet.

From the questions asked, it was clear that the approaches applied were the most suitable ones. As emphasized, every project is unique, with varying levels of quality, and this can only be properly managed through clear and consistent communication. One key takeaway from the speaker was the importance of making solution-oriented decisions quickly. Such decisions may require the team to revisit the original goals and, at times, make necessary sacrifices to ensure the project is successfully completed
The decisions each of them took was on the basis of communicating with their respective project teams on rendering a quick solution to the problems at hand, alternating schedules to meet deadlines. And they won’t act differently in a different context because that’s the problem solving skills we need, effective communication

By the questions asked, I don’t think there are other ways out apart from the ones they applied. Like they said each project is unique, some are of higher quality than the other and this has to be understood through clear communication. Things I picked from one of the speakers is that solution decision should be taken quickly. This might make the team members go back to the initial goal and might have to make sacrifices to accomplish the project.
