    But most importantly know all that a project entails before embarking on it, communicate and deliberate on confusing issues with stakeholders and team members, ask questions for clarity anywhere you’re confused.

  2. In my opinion, the 3 experts handled the situations excellently well. One key thing I understood from this is that communication remains the most important skill of a Project Manager. The ability to understand a project goal and the people involved in it, and also be able to communicate and manage them effectively can not be over emphasized.

I believe the 3 experts have the understanding of the project at hand so as to work together without any issue, communication is the key because without them concluding on a particular things the work will be difficult to carry out. As a project manager, communicating with the team members is very essential to attain great achievement.
