    Q2 There is a plethora of tools which a Virtual assistant needs in order to equip him/herself in this business. However, I’ll list out 3 important tools needed;
    1. Communication tools: Zoom/Google meet. These tools are primarily for communication purposes. The use of these tools helps to create effective communication with clients as it offers face to face communication.
    2 Cloud Storage: Google Drive. It’s primarily used for storage of data and sharing of files. It is essential because it helps VAs share files to clients while controlling their access and editing permission.
    3 Social media: Canva/Adobe. These are tools used by social media VAs. These help to curate eye catching designs to be posted on social media platforms.
