A General VA can offer an additional service such as customer service and management of social media platforms while A Specialized VA is just an expertise in a specific industry or business, they don’t offer service outside what they have been contracted for.
General VA payments can vary as the case may, depending on the number of areas he or she is handling while A specialized VA payment is fixed.
