    It helps to increase process efficiency, enhance Customer interaction and also reduce operational costs.

    i): Through marketing automation, sales automation and contact centre automation etc, to does repetitive tasks to enhance marketing efforts and strategies, its helps to track customers interactions and helps to follow up on new customers and mantain customers loyalty respectively..
    ii: With the help of Operational CRM, Collaboration CRM, and Analytical CRM, it helps to increase efficiency, enhance Customer experience and improve accuracy, it also provides technology to integrate all kinds of communication channels and frontend with core CRM for internal and external users,

    B: Search Engine Optimisation tools: its the process of improving website in other to appear often when people search for services related or connected to the company on the website.
    bi): The on-page SEO and Off-page SEO focus on creating content that can boost ranking and focus on earing backings which involves building relationships and creating contents respectively.

    C):Project management tools: this comprises of time management, work planning, communication with clients etc.
    i): With the help of Project management tools such as, Time tracker helps to meet deadlines, communication and collaboration to keep customerson top of their list , cloud storage and file sharing e.g, Google drive, helps to share documents, presentation with clients and Spreadsheet, while controlling access and editing permission.

    * Both General Virtual Assistants and Specialized Virtual Assistants are either self employed or full-time employees who provide their services to a client or company from a remote location.

    * Information Management: Whether general or specialized, they help organize and retrieve information efficiently. For example, tracking to-do lists, organizing files, etc..

    General VAs and Specialized VAs both maintain proper communication channels and keep such lines open between themselves and their clients, as this is key to ensuring the proper dissemination of information at all times.

    3B- There are numerous benefits for choosing a niche as a Virtual Assistant such as gaining confidence and mastery of the required skill set in that particular niche over time. Because it is always better to know so much about a particular subject, than to know little of so many things.

    Also, working in a particular niche helps garner experience to speed up processes and timely delivery on targets as the Virtual Assistant has working templates for solving anticipated problems new and existing clients might encounter in business.

    Conversely, working on a niche
    makes the VA operate on ‘autopilot’ simply because they have “mastered” their art. This gives room for a VA to ‘settle’ and become less ambitious to take on new challenges and venture into new horizons.
