    A specialized virtual assistant is one who is specialized in a particular area and possess a special skill. They mostly specialize on real estates etc.

    Time tracking tool: This enables one as a VA to keep track of time to know the amount of time spent on a client task and to ensure appropriate billing.
    Spreadsheet: This is used to help create a better understanding of information. For instance Microsoft excel is used to prepare documents and store data. VA tend to use this tool to store and prepare relevant data.
    Customer Relationship Management tools: This is used to increase process proficiency, lower operating costs and improve customer interactions and experience.
