    -Asana: Asana is a site and also all that is used for project management and project organization thereby making it easier for teams to cooperate and accomplish tasks. It reduces the work flow of the VA by making it easier to organize, collaborate, plan and execute tasks more effectively
    -Monday.com: It is a CRM platform that allows people to create highly flexible and customizable workspace-style CRM platforms. It reduces VAs workflow through its features that make it possible to streamline tasks and automate processes.

    One challenge of niche focus is that a negative change in market demand for the particular niche can affect the client pool of the VA. This means that if businesses are no longer in need of the particular niche provided by the VA, demand for the specialized VA would decrease. An example is a VA who specialises in transcription services which are no longer in high demand by businesses.
