As an Administrator, communication skills are vital for my job, you need to pass on information in a clear and professional manner so that employees are aligned to the overall goal. I need to improve my time management skills through using time tracking Applications like Calendly and Google Calendar to keep track of my schedule. There is also need for continuous professional development due to the ever changing work environment and technology to keep up to date and also streamline processes.

As a Data Analyst, to bridge the data analysis and project management skill gap, I’d focus on cross-training and shared projects. Data analysts could shadow project managers to understand planning and stakeholder communication, while PMs could learn basic data interpretation and visualization. Regular workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on both technical and soft skills would also be beneficial. Finally, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding is key to building a more well-rounded team. —- Chidinma Mba
All project management skills are equally important and needful, but as an aspiring data analyst, I hope to get a remote job hence skills like time management, knowledge of the regulatory environment, ethics and standards, and continuing professional development are the ones I’ll need to pay more attention to.
