1a) 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬: To set ones rate as a Virtual Assistant, it is important that one looks into trends of the industry. This includes connecting with other VAs in the chosen field or niche and also getting familiar with updates and upgrade trends. Also researching on clients and their offers can give a VA a clear knowledge of how to structure their price rates.
* 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: A VA must consider all expenses be it administrative, taxes, or individual expenses and see if the rates given either hourly, daily, monthly, or annually meets up to those expenses. The prices given must be high enough to cover all expenses and low enough to bring in new clients.
1b) Having a clear pricing structure helps give your business a clear direction. It gives directives on how it influences expenses, expansion and growth to the business and allows for reasonable closeups for on boarding clients without unnecessary negotiations. It introduces the business to the client as rigid and serious and allows for reasonable negotiations rather than discounts.
2a) 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: A Virtual Assistant must be able to flexibly manage time especially with multiple clients. In order fo do this, a VA must block time per project or clients and break down time in several intervals. Also a VA must make sure to meet deadlines at all times to strengthen relationship with clients.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩𝐬: A Virtual Assistant must contact clients constantly to give updates and reports on status of projects as well as followup for feedbacks and remarks. This will not only strengthen client relationship with them but will also make clients view them as proactive, efficient, and effective.
2b) In situation where a client is dissatisfied with my work I will do these:
* Apologize for any mistakes done.
* Listen and jot down mentioned loops and dissatisfactions.
* Plead for time to work on correcting mistakes mentioned
* Swing into immediate action for correction by making researches where necessary and connecting with other virtual assistants for possible assistance.
* Work towards making appropriate corrections to projects or tasks while still reporting and following up efficiently.

* Always ensure to lock my computer using end-to-end encryption and passwords for security when not in use.
* Open confidential emails in smaller panels rather than full size.
* Regularly check my files to ensure that no document has been made accessible to a third party.
4a) 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: The most essential step into finding clients is to map out a market plan. This will include who potential clients will be, where potential clients are, when to pitch oneself and services and how to pitch one’s services and also price rates.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐧𝐞’𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: This is one of the fastest way to get potential clients. It simply means pitching ones services to people one already knows or familiar with.
4b) As a Virtual Assistant that has chosen the Creative Writing and Design Field my client search strategy has simply been reaching out and following necessary accounts for my chosen niche. I spend time narrowing down Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram where my potential clients mostly are. This way I get to connect with them and also narrow out vital informations regarding them, thier business, problems and how my services can be a benefit to them before I go ahead to pitch.
