It is important that we take into consideration new technology development, political and sociopolitical changes when undertaking a project as a project manager, and also getting abreast of the nature of the task ahead.
Political change impacts greatly in projects in this part of the world. There is lack of long term plan to establish strong viable infrastructures that will outlive the political tenures of politicians. These stop-gaps impact negatively and hampers timely delivery of projects as well.
