The world is changing extremely fast with slot of issues to solve at the same time. As being part the British Council’s team,we faced a lot of difficulties in terms of administrating exams and teach English in countries where war and famine are all around.
Technologically,we had to réorganise the entire team of the British Council in Cameroon to face the demand of helping test taker to continue with their lessons at home and to teach them what to do with the coming of the covid19.
Also, cameroon as a bilingual country with more than 70% of French speakers,we have to look for a way to keep on encouraging them to take their English courses more seriously both learners and teachers and to teach and Express theirselves properly in and out of the school. Others countries around the world with a British Council branch faced the same issues. They will only take test just for traveling sake without a proper knowledge of the language.
With the ever changing nature of our world in terms of technology, economy and political scope, it is vital for a project manager to understand all these fundamental shifts. A project manager must be able to adapt to face these complexities.
