Technology have been of great help to me especially in the class room where the notes and the lesson plans are handy in the system. also the use of audio visuals in bringing to issues closer to the learners are also great feats which cannot be over emphasized
The impact of technology has really help my field of work. Using laptop, computers, projectors foe teaching and also online classes. And competitions too, different school are trying to introduce new things for the betterment of the school so making my school to look for ways to be outstanding.
The covid-19 pandemic and the never ending social and political unrests going on in the world, although devastating, has brought about heavy reliance on technology. Things that were thought impossible to accomplish are now being done with the advent of technology.

The impact of technology on my organization has been very positive over time. At a point, there were challenges in the aspect of engaging the services of technologically inclined people as only a handful of the employees then could handle some of the ICT gadgets needed for the project at inception. The organization had to engage in a series of trainings to upgrade both the old team members and the newly engaged ones.
The organization was faced with serious competition from the existing company which also carries out similar tasks as ours.
Socio-political change has been a major setback as this period is characterized by unrest, communal crisis, and insecurity.
The points stated above contributed to loss of man hour which posed a major threat to the time target for the project.
Technology, competition have a major impact in my organization especially the kind of changes it brought alongside but the ability to streamline these changes in our operation and standards makes us better.
Technology updates everyday and can bring about change{ change they say constant so must try and adapt to the changes that might come our way during the project . so its important for project manager to be able to adapt to any change .
Political climate can change at any time because any new governace comes in with their own rules there by creating a change in the sector

one of the disadvantages of the new technology, is that not everyone has access to it, and incorporating it to workers or team members job schedules, could be a daunting task.
