My organization, being customer centric, is one that is more affected by the effect of technology and competition on the way we do business. Globalization has taken competition to greater heights as our competitors could be our neighbors or another similar company in another country. This has challenged us to embrace disruptive innovation and has taught us to consistently look for cheaper and faster ways to deliver our services in a way that our customers would not only be satisfied. We work to ensure that they experience magic. Thus, continuous improvement is our mantra and it keeps us involved in a steady stream of upgrade projects.
My company as a global brand is involved in several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. The major factors that affect my company is technology. Technology can both enhance and complicate our CSR efforts. On one hand, advancements in technology allows my company to innovate sustainable solutions, improve transparency, and engage with stakeholders and customers effectively. On the other hand, technology can exacerbate personal communication, and create ethical dilemmas (e.g., data privacy concerns). Concerning the use of technology in communication most companies need to continuously adapt their strategies to leverage on technology for positive impact while mitigating its negative consequences.

In my organization,changes in technology,competition and political changes have always played a key role in determining the success of organisational goal. This is because there are changes in policies, rules, regulations, strong competition from rival organization and innovation of new technology. As such, one needs to adapt to the changes, learn about the new technology as it comes, adhere to the policies , rules and regulations of government authorities in order to be successful.
Strategic thinking and continuous development of various techniques to adapt to an ever-changing world of finance has been key so as to remain relevant. In that light, as a project manager, we should be proactive and device various means sto beat off competition and as well remain revenant in the Field.

As a customer service rep in an estate agency and as an aspire project manager, competition is a serious issue when it comes to project management, you have to be creative and sensitive to things happening around you and ignoring every little idea you got or that flies around is high risk to the project, therefore, I always go back to the board to juxtaposed on how to become best at what I do and always strive to compete at all times, just to get a key that works for me on the project. ~Julius
