These methods include linear approaches and life cycles, often known as the waterfall method, as well as iterative or agile approaches. You will explore the pros and cons of these methods, as well as the ongoing debates about them.

Technologies, environmental crises can affect a company’s strength in generating revenues, it can also cause an organisation to lose market share by making it difficult for some competitors to obtain critical components or services needed for their continued growth
Essentially, with the rise in AI and other disruptive interactive technologies, I think the adoption of these modern Technologies and its integration in systems remains one of the biggest hurdles organizations needs to cross in order to meet global standards. Organizations needs to be intentional towards taking steps to fill these technology gap so as to remain relevant and in tune with their industry benchmark.
In the typical business setting, various elements consistently influence both the internal and external structure and functioning of a business. Through experience, I’ve come to understand that the business environment is always changing. As a project manager, it’s essential for me to continuously enhance and adapt my skills to effectively handle these factors that can impact the project.
As an Executive Assistant, I run the core administrative functions of my organization and technology has made it pretty easier to multitask and deliver excellence.
