The statement I agree with the most is that the major place where quality is dealt with is in the execution phase. The execution phase is where the actual work is carried out and as such must strictly be monitored and regulated.
With regards to quality, I strongly agree with “Quality should be considered from the beginning of the project”. It is crucial for several reasons including cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, reputation management, risk mitigation, stakeholder confidence, regulatory compliance etc

In pursuit of quality, a project manager in my opinion should be transparent and sticks to the ethic of our profession. It should also be customer-focused, giving our client value for their money which will ultimately give them satisfaction. Quality will increase customer loyalty, fulfillment for the project team, and more revenue for the company.
